  The room rate is $122 plus tax per night. Room reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at the number above and asking for the IBCS group rate. We are working on establishing a dedicated booking link (available soon) so you can also register online.
  
  Deadline for booking rooms is March 31, 2026. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Please make your hotel reservations early and if you need to cancel, make sure it’s no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
